Your Story Is Not a Checklist
Women's mental health has a way of hiding in plain sight. The anxiety that gets waved off as stress. The focus that slips and gets called scattered. The mood that shifts with a menstrual cycle no one thought to ask about. So much of what women experience is shaped by hormones, life stage, and the sheer number of roles you hold, and too often those threads get missed. Natasha Massoudi builds care around all of it, so what you are feeling is finally understood in the full context of your life, not squeezed into a box.
Where We Can Meet You
Wherever you are, there is a place to begin. Each area of care has its own page with what to expect and how treatment works.
- Anxiety, worry, and panic that will not switch off
- Depression and that persistent, colorless low
- ADHD in women, including the focus struggles no one caught
- OCD and intrusive thoughts that feel impossible to shake
- Trauma and PTSD
- Sleep difficulties and insomnia
- PMDD and the storm that arrives before your period
- Bipolar disorder
- Infertility and loss, and the grief that quietly follows
- Perimenopause mood, anxiety, and brain fog
- Menopause-related mood changes
Care That Refuses to Rush

FAQs
A women's mental health psychiatrist is a physician who diagnoses and treats mental health conditions with special attention to the hormonal and life-stage factors unique to women. At Lilac Psychiatry, that means evaluation, psychotherapy, and, when it fits, medication, all provided directly by Dr. Massoudi.
Many conditions look and feel different in women and can shift with the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, the postpartum period, and perimenopause. Care that recognizes those patterns tends to reach a more accurate diagnosis and a more personal plan.
Care spans anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma and PTSD, sleep difficulties, bipolar disorder, PMDD, perinatal and postpartum concerns, infertility and loss, and the mood changes of perimenopause and menopause.
Both. Dr. Massoudi provides psychotherapy as well as medication management, and many women do best with a thoughtful combination. Medication is one tool, not the entire plan.
Lilac Psychiatry provides secure telehealth care to women located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida, by appointment, so you can be seen from wherever you feel most comfortable.
